Grab a pair of dumbbells and sit on the edge of a flat bench with the weights resting on your legs. Lie back and start with the dumbbells just outside your chest with your elbows bent and palms facing forwards. Contract your pecs and extend your arms to press the dumbbells straight up and together over your chest. Don’t lock out your elbows at the top. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the start position. TIP If your upper pecs need further work, feel free to move the bench up one notch from flat so it’s at a slight incline.
