Water is important to the muscle? my view on the matter.
Muscle, water, experience
I read anything and everything on water consumption in relation to weight , I actually understood its importance on physical appearance and athletic performance the day I started a diet to lose fat. During a diet low calorie to lose fat, the body is tissue destruction (catabolism) method is valid for the fat but also muscle unfortunately. I noticed that water retention is created during phases of system especially in the abdomen, it is sad to say that we made a plan and that our abs are hiding more that before ...Water, muscle, the difference
After reading a lot of feedback from experiences of top athletes in bodybuilding, I began gradually to increase my water consumption during my phase regime , before I do not hide that I was using the water only when I was thirsty and during training. An error that I do today, I tell myself that if I'm thirsty is that I waited too long to hydrate me.I actually saw differences in performance from 4 liters per day (drink driving).
The performance level, I used to drink about 1 liter in the previous session 90mn, and I noticed a better shape and a very good muscular congestion.
Visual level, the most abundant water consumption tends to "clean up" areas that tend to form water retention, veins are more visible.
You just need to understand that with a diet often too rich in salt, almost inevitable water retention is, water can help reduce the water retention by "dissolve" excess salt stored under the skin.
Another advantage, the water is a great appetite suppressant during a diet or nutritional rehabilitation. Drink a large glass of water, tea or coffee helps to keep the distance between meals.
