Bodybuilding is a sport of sissy

For some time I realize that there are many people who practice same program of training, I've always wondered why they continue on this path because they are not progressing as they would like.
Each person's perspective on the perfect training, personally I have a theory on productive training.
Why the body would manufacture more muscle mass if he feels able to overcome the efforts you doing?
I noticed that my pecs have grown when I started to train 3 times a week in heavy ... many people are against this idea, but the reality is more meaningful because they have grown.
I think the human body is made to fit, it is the principle of evolution through the centuries.
If I give him all the time the same resistance he feels capable and will not produce muscle mass advantage.
Now if I decide to promote the development of a muscle, I'll start with the lead 2 times per week, if nothing happens I'll go to 3 times a week and so on until my body reacts and fits.
I had a friend who wanted to fulfill his big triceps shirts, it began to make more of its sessions bodybuilding classic pumps clenched hands every day and even several times a day, result: it is set to beat his record in bench press and turn arm actually grown.
Today when we talk about bodybuilding talking over overtraining injury recovery but less of the drive itself.

I have a friend who has high level in cycling and he left pedal all day and every day at an intensity that few mortals could hold. Yet he won a place on the podium after preparation.
I feel that there is that weight that we are also "sissy" want some muscle without training or very little.
By two sports session 1:30 per day 5 days out of 7 I do not think we either overtraining, I did it for more than 6 months because I was unemployed at the time and it is at this time that I made the most progress.
Of course if you're moving company you will struggle to keep this lifestyle, but when doing office work or very little physical, 3:00 sports day is not death if you want results.
Some pros train several times a day, morning and evening cardio fitness or vice versa.
Greg Plitt trains twice a day, Arnold Schwarzenegger was up to 3 sessions per day (specified in his book "Total recall") and today we will tell you no, but thanks to doping, the sorry I call it lazy, they reassure themselves by saying that doping does it all!
All that to say that you make your own experience alone, it happened to me I do 336 repetitions of neck extension with dumbbell in front of my TV when leaving a session pectoral or 20 sets of 50 pumps the day after driving the chest.
My theory is simple, it is still capable of further training myself to disturb my body I add an exercise, a series of weights, an exercise in body weight, repetitions and I realize that I am often able to perform this extra muscle work, everything is a question of will.
