How to explain this?
I could not tell you exactly, but it may be because my diet is richer in protein and very low in carbohydrate as compared with a conventional diet or we simply reduce the total calories daily.
Another hypothesis is that my grams of protein per kg of body weight are those of a decision-mass and my total daily calories less than my needs.
In conclusion
My personal opinion is that it you are overweight do not be afraid of muscle loss, the regime is not inevitable as many say, and as I said before, too.
