Protein and bodybuilding : When to take protein powder in bodybuilding .

When I started bodybuilding I thought protein powder was something magical view dopant ... Today my perspective has changed on the subject.

Observe the number of meals that you and the presence of protein in each meal.

If you make four or five meals a day including a before and after training with meat, fish, egg or other protein source you are not obliged to consume protein powder (if eating sufficient quantities) .

In which case the protein powder to gain muscle become mandatory?

1) If you have no appetite in the morning a protein shake is easier to swallow than four eggs for some.

2) If you do not like eating in the morning salt shaker protein will be more enjoyable, Mix your cereal (muesli oat) protein shaker will serve milk.

3) If you are traveling or you do not have time to prepare meals in advance for a full day's work for example. Shakers replace the meal you can not take.

4) If you are taking weight and you can not eat more due to lack of appetite, protein powder will provide more useful calories to your intake mass .

5) If you have meager incomes protein powder cheaper than the solid food. You are not including the magical protein powder, they are only making it more convenient than food intake.

Personally I see more proteins as a spare in case I do not have time to eat solid or the next meal the drive is too far away or if I am invited and I know that n ' there is not enough protein in my plate.



Conclusion:

concentrate on solid food and when you have done the necessary to that side, then you can place your shaker protein to meet your daily protein intake.
