Steak vegetarian gluten and lactose

Steak recipe vegetarian gluten and lactose.

Ingredients:

- 2 whole organic eggs
- 150g chickpea flour
- 50g amaranth or amaranth flour
- Curry
- Coriander
- Garlic

Preparation

If you choose amaranth grain leather faires in water for 45 minutes and drained well.
Then mixed in a bowl with the dry ingredients using a whisk or a wooden spoon.
Then add the two whole eggs and mix all. Add a little water to obtain a homogeneous dough slightly sticky.
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil. Using two wooden spoons, place a scoop of pasta in hot oil, pressing lightly on it to give it a form steak.
Cook gently for about ten minutes, turning steaks regularly.
The steak provides good quality protein and good carbohydrates with low glycemic index but also fibers. Fill with vegetables and two flat example.
