Dumbbell “Swimmer’s” Flye

Lie face-up on a flat bench holding a pair of dumbbells just outside your chest with your arms bent and palms facing in. Perform a close-grip press, then lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a flye motion, arms extended. When your arms reach parallel with the f loor, pull the dumbbells back in to the start position.
