SPINACH AND EGGS COME TOGETHER IN THIS MUSCLEBUILDING QUICHE
Whoever said, “Real men don’t eat quiche,” was full of it. The main ingredient is whole eggs, the protein-dense bodybuilding staple, and you can add whatever other meats or veggies you like. In this version, we tossed in spinach, which is packed with vitamins A, B1, B6, C, and K, and iron. Held together by a crust, like a traditional quiche, this makes a killer post-workout meal. If you need to stay low-carb, ditch the pastry, grease the pan, cook as directed, and call it a frittata. It’ll taste great both ways.
