How to gain muscle, this is the question everyone is asking and nobody will tell you the same thing. We know a lot about it and very little at a time. For this article I'll talk about my views on the subject, do you understand that this is not simply hope to grow like a superhero.

e) Having trouble driving back from my meeting.

How to gain muscle Rule 2, nutrition

If your current diet you are not gaining weight and you do not lose, then you are on a maintenance diet, if tomorrow you start weight without changing the eating habits you will not gain muscle because you do not give enough calories to repair the damage caused by the drive.

For me a good diet to gain muscle is:

a) Eat less processed foods as possible

b) Always have a dietary intake one hour drive

f) Drinking water for your thirst but a little force during the session.

Sleep is one of the most neglected by athletes, because of their lifestyle subway, work, sport, sleep well they forget to respect their sleep cycles points. Some give food to their children put them to bed and then eat themselves then later go to sleep ... When I was little my parents ate with my sister and myself and we were all in bed early despite the active life of my parents.

For me a good sleep to gain muscle is:

a) Minimum Stay 8:00.

How to gain muscle Rule 4, motivation
