The bodybuilding superset consists of alternating two different exercises without rest between sets muscle group.• Example: biceps and triceps or quadriceps and hamstrings or chest and back.
The goal is to chain the two repetitions of exercises and then take a rest.
• Example of a superset series: bench press 12 reps with 12 straight chained pulls followed by 2 minutes of rest.
Ideal for saving time, the training is shorter.
