Muscle building program taking weight: eat every 3 hours

Programme Muscle mass taken , My views on the frequency of meals bodybuilding ... Should we eat every 3 o'clock?

Having achieved a good program of strength training , today I will talk about the daily food intake.
As you understand I am using my own experience to write each article because I consider that it is more meaningful a study performed on anonymous people.

When I start bodybuilding there was no one to teach me the ropes of the sport and I lost a lot of time without force feed me correctly.
When I saw a muscular person dry I reassured me "it must take something that is on him."
Today I am convinced that every individual, regardless of his genetics can claim a lean and muscular physique without resorting to doping, within the reasonable course.

To speak from my own experience I souchèterai to share with you one thing, it must eat every three hours to necessarily gain muscle or lose fat?
My personal answer is NO.
Same one I think it is a good solution I do not think this is the only possible one.

For several years I tried to imitate the pattern of pro diets or other personality of the net and I
Have realized that
Even with several shakers made in my bag at work I could not always respect the timing and number of daily dosing.
Suddenly there was a lack of protein in my daily total.

So I decided to put in place a plan b.
I continued to take in my bag my protein shakers when I went to work and if I zap or if I'm busy at the time of taking hand never mind I accumulate more.

Ex: 10:00 snack forgotten, it will be combined with lunch.

By this action, whatever the schedule of the day I keep the right number of protein a day and even above this solution is not representative of the healthy life bodybuilder, it is certainly smarter than the solution jumping and taking damn this mean tomorrow I must think.

The extreme solution is that if there
You can not take snacks during the day, calculate your diet 3 meals and so you will have more chance
Of Progress.
