The nutrition for bodybuilding : When I post on my social networks daily specials, I often have a lot of comments on the small amount of my plates, I think these questions are perfectly legitimate view that the most general guidance for decision muscle are "eat more, take everything that happens, at least 4000 kcal per day" etc.. The problem is that I do not have the metabolism that turns switch to year-round, if I eat too much I fattens even if my food is clean.

This is not to launch a new food or other mode, it is only a personal observation, but I think many will find themselves in my words. The nutrition is very complex to understand, research, test and disappointment are often appropriate to understand what works best for their organization. To return to the diet, it's been over three years since I did not have enough to eat, not sad ... In fact the first month and then it's hard to As I realized that each food had a role, beneficial or not. The (good) carbs are my friends on the weekend and my foes week. Why? Simply because it is in this configuration that I am the best in my skin, I am responsive, efficient and quiet.I took 4 pounds in 3 years with this technique, it is little but be aware there three years I was not starting (see picture ) if I only get half the next three years I would be filled, especially when it is only a side effect of a diet moderate in quality calories.
As I said on my Facebook , the novice must still eat enough and especially to train properly to build the foundations, but consume quality recess.
For advanced practitioners, do the test, just eat what you need, do not wait to be stuffed, it only serves to be slow and fat with a little more muscle. Do not dream the rate of progression we had our debut did not last time, otherwise we would all 6 pounds per year without much take the lead.
