Preparation
Place the almonds in a container and covered with water. Soak 12:00 to activate the pre-germination.Rinse the almonds, place in a blender and cover with water.
Mixer 10 seconds and let stand for 10 seconds (to avoid heating the preparation), repeat the action a dozen times.
Filter the preparation using a sticker or other bed and press almond crushed to extract the remaining juice. Keep marzipan to accompany dessert or breakfast.
Place the mixture in the fridge and eat within a week.
