Test Isolate and minerals + leucine

Today, I talk about food supplements I consume very little food supplements, but at certain times or period, I eat a few, in a regime of dry , I meet two problems, the first is to have a sufficient intake of protein without raise my total calories too. The second is possible mineral deficiencies. I'm not talking about small system to lose small unsightly tormented, but the true dry or days, food intake is severely reduced.
I chose in the store all bodybuilding supplements two that I find interesting.
Whey protein isolate 20% leucine
The first is a whey isolate enriched leucine, which is worth to take the morning over breakfast and after training. The taste is not too sweet or chemical, no lumps either. Very low in lactose.The second is a mineral complex that I find interesting in its composition.
DAILY MINERALS
A multi-mineral / multi-oligo-elements for all that is useful with a single product:- 300 mg of magnesium oxide: the fight against stress and fatigue;
- Potassium 80 mg: for measuring blood pressure, to maintain normal muscle and nervous system function;
- 10 mg of zinc: for the metabolism of carbohydrates and other macro-nutrients;
- 50 mcg Selenium: to protect cells from oxidative stress;
- 150 mcg of iodine: for normal thyroid function;
This is a packaging and capsules without oxidizing metals unlike many other multi-minerals.
